Jeremy Resnick
Jeremy Resnick began his career in education as a high school English teacher in his hometown in Southern California. After moving to Texas, he continued teaching in the classroom while also obtaining his administrative credential. Since then, he has been a high school administrator, elementary school principal, and district-level administrator. Upon returning to California, he worked for the County Office of Education as Director, Curriculum and Instruction.
Most recently, he served a school district as the Senior Director of Equity and Instructional Services, where he was able to combine his passion for meaningful and impactful learning experiences for all students with an unwavering commitment to calling attention to and fostering a data-informed focus on historically marginalized and underserved students and communities. He is grateful to continue this trajectory of his work as a consultant and writer with Safe & Civil Schools.
